Scott Shinall is the owner/founder of edgycation.org. He is an assistant Professor at Kansai Gaidai University working with the English Teacher Support Center. He holds a Master’s Degree from San Francisco State University in Instructional Technology. His current projects include teaching methodology to elementary school teachers, YouTube as a cultural portal and Student Podcasting.

Prof. Scott Duarte is currently teaching at Michigan State University. Until summer of 2008 he taught  first and second year students at Kansai Gaidai University outside of Osaka, Japan. Prof. Duarte has created www.eslstudentpublications.com to showcase the audio and video media that are being created by his students as well as students of his colleagues.

    Wow! This is an amazing site and the podcasts are great! I found out about this site from my brother who heard it from Leo Laporte's podcasts. I just graduated with my undergrad and will get my TEFL certification this year and will hopefully be teaching in China by the end of the year. This is an amazing resource for me---thanks so much for what you guys are doing here!
