Can anyone use this them ifthey give credit or does it cost money?
I believe anyone can use it if they give credit and some sort of critique of the work.
I am sure that if you contact the Times, they will want some money.
I am not a lawyer though, so not sure.
Plus, the laws will vary depending on where you are.
The links that are there allow free access so you don't have to sign in to the site to see the articles.
Check at the bottom of the article, you may find more information on allowable use.

Im a japaneses colllage student. In my collage, school will start “online-class”. The textbook would send to students' cell phone from the collage, so during class, students would take the class with opening their cell phone at all. And also, when they are absent in theclass, the school would sent assignment to their cell phone so that they could know about the class. Ive seen such the situation in only comic book. I doubt my collage will be controlled by computer in future.
Hi Yone,
That is very interesting. I am interested in how the teachers will integrate cell phones into the classes. I like the idea of students being able to keep up with the class if they are absent. I knew a couple of teachers that used cell phones for outside class assignments. They seemed to think it worked ok, but there were several problems with it.
What school is starting this? I would love to contact some of the teachers who are planning to use this and ask them about their plans.
I agree, Universities/Colleges will probably not be controlled by computers. For now, I think that there are too many teachers who are scared of cell phones in class. I also think that this will eventually change over time.
Thanks for the post!!

My collage is KansaiGaidai university in Osaka where u live, I gusee. Im majoring in Language, but I lm gona to major in eduaction, especially infant education in the future. If such the class spread over, the number of “HIkikomori” who are reclusive and unsocial people will increase. I hope computer for student should have more discussion in public.
Thanks for the info Yone!
The Hikikomori issue is one I haven't really thought of.
What kind of discussions do you think would be beneficial?
