Facilitator seems like it would work pretty well. &lt;br&gt;The student is still the focus of the of the lessons and still has the feel of the teacher staying out of the way, but available when the students need help.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Good idea!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What do you lurkers think?  :)</description>
